Susan VandePol is no stranger to grief. She lost her husband in a duty-related death in 2005. Since then, Susan has helped men and women who experience loss find hope in Christ. She is an author, conference and retreat speaker, and founder of Families of the Fallen and Life after Breath. Susan, a mother of three, has remarried and resides in Michigan with her husband.
